Embers Don't Wait.Your Home Shouldn't Either.
Across California, insurance carriers are dropping coverage in wildfire prone communities because many older homes remain dangerously unprepared for ember intrusion. Most Homes Don't Burn From Direct Flames. They Burn From Ember Intrusion.
Wind-driven embers travel miles ahead of the main fire and land on homes long before flames arrive. They enter through attic and crawl-space vents, igniting from inside. Ember-resistant vents block those entry points — one of the most effective wildfire upgrades available.

Each of our services below addresses a specific way embers attack a home.
All of these installed by our licensed and insured EmberSafe™ team.
Ember-Resistant Vents
Embers Don't Use the Front Door.
Pre-2008 attic, roof, and foundation vents are one of the most common ember entry points on wildfire-zone homes. We retrofit every vulnerable opening with ember-resistant vents professionally matched to your home's exterior or upgraded with decorative metal finishes.
Learn MoreGutter Guards
Embers Love Clogged Gutters.
Dry leaves and pine needles in your gutters are the perfect ember catcher. We install metal micro-mesh guards that keep debris out and embers from finding fuel against your roofline.
Learn MoreVinyl & Aluminum Fencing
Embers Love Wood Fences.
A wood fence connected to the home can become a direct pathway for fire spread during a wildfire event. We replace attached fence runs with non-combustible materials that help break the fuel chain before flames reach the structure.
Learn MoreZone Zero Landscape
Where Embers Become Flames.
The first five feet around your home is the highest-stakes ground on the property. We harden Zone 0 with non-combustible mulch, masonry, and approved hardscape per emerging California standards.
Learn MoreDefensible Space Clearance
Clear Fuel. Calm Fire Behavior.
Zones 1 and 2 around your home dictate how a fire behaves when it reaches you. We thin, prune, and document the clearance work that fire inspectors and insurers expect to see.
Learn MoreInsurance Retention
Documented. Defensible. Renewable.
Includes IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home retrofit support and insurer-ready documentation — the paperwork carriers actually want to see when deciding whether to renew your policy.

The Ultimate Level of Wildfire Home Protection
Wildfire Prepared Home by IBHS
The IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home designation is the gold standard in wildfire preparedness. In very high fire severity zones, a growing number of insurance carriers expect to see this credential before writing or renewing a policy. We manage the full process — gap analysis, application, evaluator coordination, and punch-list resolution. The certificate itself is issued by an IBHS-authorized third-party evaluator based on whether the home meets the published standard. We do not issue it and we cannot guarantee any home will qualify; what we guarantee is that the work and documentation give your home its best chance.
